Amateur Boxing

Amateur boxing is more like a hobby for people but not a kind of sport and not the meaning if their lives. Hough, there are also fights and titles and so on and so forth. But still, it is the boxing way different from the professional one and it is different at everything. Here we are going to talk about the amateur boxing and the peculiar features of it.
The common fight of amateur boxing never lasts for too long and according to rules it may not be longer than four rounds and each round lasts for two minutes only. But it is not the only difference between the professional and the amateur boxing, it is also different according to weight classes of boxers and according to the equipment they have.
There are only eleven weight classes for amateur boxers and those are a bit different from the weight classes of professional boxing. As for the equipment they have a lot of stuff on them in comparison to those professional boxers. They wear the helmet that defends their heads and faces and this is the difference as for the equipment of boxers.
Amateur boxing is different from professional boxing and it is not as rough as the professional boxing that is why it demands from people less activity and skillfulness, though it is also the rough and dangerous kind of sport.
