Those are organizations that set the rules of boxing and they make their decisions about those who are worthy to fight for the title of champion. The one may be recognized as an absolute champion in case he is the owner of all three champion belts of three main organizations. So, let's say a couple of words about those boxing organizations.

There are five of such the organizations and those are: World Boxing Organization (WBO), International Boxing Federation (IBF), International Boxing Organization (IBO), World Business Council (WBC), and World Boxing Association (WBA). Those are five organizations that deal with boxing and rules of boxing and champions and so on.

Today it is the Ukrainian boxer who is the owner of three champion belts of WBO, IBF and IBO and his brother is the owner of the fourth belt and the Russian boxer is the owner of the fifth belt.
